Walking miles on loose shingle is oh-so-very wearing...

& there is an awful lot o'shingle on these beaches!

Kinda cool, breezy, & grey for most of the afternoon...

& just how many Martello towers does one area need?

Including a very Smiley Martello!

Walking: on Orford Ness

 

Walking: Shottisham, the Deben, & Sutton circular

Hit the Deben, then turn north...

swing east, & aim for Sutton... 

some lovely beer, then a goodish stagger back!
