Off to Colchester for a family do, we decided to stay a few nights in Peldon.
To the south & overlooking Abberton Reservoir.
Simple, stunning eco-site... especially the upfield tucked-away bit!
Told you it was lovely... girt pub in the village too!
Walking's a bit flat for my liking... big skies mind...
& we didn't get down to the marshes toward Mersea!
A marvellously relaxing few days, after the 65 shenanigans!
