A bit of an issue at the allotment...

What a winkie! As the brassica bed also lay under a collapsed hoop-cover, 

this resulted in a coupla hours of hardish work. In the future, 

I really must remember to remove central shading before any threat of snow, 

as I have done for the past few years...

Still, nice change from this Tier 3 shit... back tomorrow to continue the tidy-up!

Every coupla years we collect these wee blighters as if they were doubloons.
It can be dirty & messy work, 
but oh-so-worth it when it comes to seed / potting mixes...

I just ignore'em for a year, turn'em into holding bin best part of another...
then I massage the fine, soft leaf mould into my naked, creamy flesh!

Nah! I just twat it into compost mixes... good though!
