If you grow'em, you gotta use'em! Scarlet Globe grew very quick & very large...
The flavour's a tad weird... but 'tis velvety & moreish...
2 cups diced radish
8oz diced waxy potato
1/2 diced onion
garlic, pepper
2 cups water
... sautee, covered, in butter & olive oil to nice & soft... blitz...
scarf it down!
